What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD Coaching is a safe space to think about the real you. The real strengths that are healthy for you AND how to use those strengths for success in your career or personal life.
A good ADHD-informed coach addresses the specific needs of people with ADHD using a non-directive, collaborative and goal-oriented process. This focuses on the challenges commonly faced by people with ADHD, such as:
Organisational issues
Procrastination and Productivity
Domestic Anxiety(TM)
Executive Function Challenges
Emotional regulation (including Rejection sensitivity)
Setting realistic and achievable goals
A great ADHD coaching relationship will start with the individual in an ADHD framework to develop an individual combination of practical and psychological strategies for a healthier future.
.
“Alex’s coaching has been instrumental in my success. His approach gave me the opportunity to think about my career in a completely new way ”

ADHD Coaching FAQs
How much does it cost?
I normally charge 150 pounds (or 160 euros +VAT) for a 50 minute online session (some support between conversations is included in the price).
I very often offer reduced prices if you can’t afford these rates so please ask, there is no problem having that conversation at all.
How many sessions do I need?
There is no answer to this (and no need to block book) but one or two sessions is USUALLY not enough for a meaningful plan. After six-eight sessions, there would always be a conversation about goal success and continuing as a coaching partnership.
Do you do online coaching?
Yes, via Zoom (or similar). This is increasingly effective.
Is there homework?
There is NO obligatory homework. Most of the work of coaching goes on between sessions so “things to think about” will be part of the process but there is no marking!
